Music always moves it's listener. Whether it's the rhythm of a song, the melody, the lyrics or the artist's voice; you can always be moved by music. Each morning as I begin my morning ritual, I connect my ipad to my sound system, select a playlist, and get ready to face the day. Though, I enjoy recorded music that you listen to on a device, there is something all the way different when it comes to live music. Live Music transfers you to a different zone, atmosphere. You become elevated when you listen to live music.
Aside from attending music festivals, concerts and the like; one can appreciative live music by watching NPR's Tiny Desk Concerts. Recorded live at the desk of Bob Boilen, host of NPR's "All things Considered", the Tiny Desk Concerts features artist with big names and artist just trying to get a name.
