Stir it Up: Kamini is a girl who Eats the World

Meet South African Chef and food blogger, Kamini Pather! After winning MasterChef South Africa, Kamini Pather pursued her dream of becoming the face of food in print and visual media. With that in mind, she has a food-travel show called "Girl Eat World", which you can watch on netflix. On the show, you can watch Kamini search for unique and cultural food experiences in Johannesburg, Bangkok, Tokyo, Sydney, Lima, Philadelphia, Berlin, Milan, Copenhagen and Dubai. 

We locked eyes. And the rest was history (for that sandwich). This was a DiNic's pork sandwich - the pork had been braised over night, cut into slivers and piled into a baguette with a few stems of gloriously bitter broccoli rabe, a long hot pepper and a ladle of the braising liquid. I ate this in #Philadelphia and don't I look pleased. This is just one of the dishes you could enjoy this week's pop-up restaurant.
